Green Thumb is hiring an experienced Industrial Custodian to maintain a clean, safe facility and ensure equipment and the building operate reliably. You will perform routine maintenance and inspections, keep offices and restrooms sanitary, and support multiple departments while upholding company policies.
Applicants should be self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently or in teams within a fast-paced startup environment.
We are looking for an experienced Industrial Custodian to ensure a clean facility. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of the facility and ensure that equipment and building are safe and well-functioning. As a qualified candidate you will have knowledge and experience in maintaining and inspecting to ensure optimal operations.
Our main goal is safety for all our employees and as a solution oriented professional, you will ensure the entire team is working under the best conditions.
The pay range is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and/or location of the role. Positions may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
Green Thumb Pay Range
$18.50 - $19 USD
