Job summary

Miller Integrated Solutions is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead a field team in hydroblasting, chemical cleaning, spill response, and tank maintenance at our Corpus Christi operations. You will organize daily work, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely project delivery.

The role requires at least 3 years in an industrial setting, a TWIC card, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 3 years in an industrial setting with hands-on hydroblasting, spill response, air machine operation, chemical cleaning, waste management and tank maintenance.
• TWIC card required; hazardous materials handling or spill response certification preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team in hydroblasting, spill response, air machine operation, chemical cleaning, waste management, and tank maintenance.
• Plan and coordinate daily work activities to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct pre-job briefings and safety meetings to communicate hazards and protocols.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance and training to ensure quality and safety.
• Operate and maintain hydroblasting units, air machines, and chemical cleaning systems.
• Respond to spill incidents and oversee containment and cleanup per regulations.
• Manage waste handling, storage, and documentation for hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
• Inspect and maintain tanks and industrial equipment; keep accurate records of activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure project coordination.
