Job summary

Mullins Mechanical is seeking a Project Services Project Manager to oversee the transition from Preconstruction to Operations in large mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and process piping projects. You will create dashboards, maintain cost and schedule tracking, and coordinate procurement with multiple teams.

The role requires a strong background in project controls and effective communication to manage risks and drive on-time, on-budget delivery across industrial facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field and 5+ years in construction project management.
• Experience with project controls (cost, schedule, procurement, VDC) is required.
• Proficiency with Procore and forecasting dashboards is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead transition of projects from Preconstruction to Operations, aligning budget, scope, risks, and schedules.
• Launch Project Services team setup with deliverables, priorities, and ownership.
• Create and maintain centralized dashboards for budget, procurement, submittals, schedules, and BIM/VDC deliverables.
