Job summary

AquaPhoenix Scientific in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced Industrial Control Panel Production Fabricator to assemble and wire electrical panels from drawings and schematics.

The role requires reading blueprints, PLCs, HMIs, sensors; UL508 knowledge is preferred; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work OT.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years of related experience.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical fabrication in water-treatment or manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and P&IDs for panel assemblies.
• Assemble and wire electrical panels and enclosures using hand and power tools.
• Configure industrial networking devices and remote communications.
• Mount components such as relays, PLCs and sensors.
• Perform mechanical tasks including cutting, drilling, and tapping.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure panels meet safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and adhere to OSHA standards.
• Overtime as required; lift up to 50 lbs.
