Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction-related field.
• 7+ years of experience in industrial project management.
• Familiar with construction safety and OSHA requirements.
• Detail oriented with knowledge of project management best practices.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and P6 (or similar scheduling software).

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety culture on the job site with all team members and subcontractors.
• Establish and manage a quality program with hold points and sign-off criteria.
• Coordinate work between contractors, suppliers, and owner's team.
• Prepare and maintain a detailed construction schedule.
• Track invoices, payments, change orders, and back charges.
• Manage project communications, transmittals, and reporting.
• Ensure timely responses to RFIs and risk mitigation across safety, quality, schedule and cost.
