Job summary

National Compressor Exchange, Inc. is seeking a motivated individual with a basic mechanical background to join our team in a hands-on shop environment. You will work with basic hand tools, air tools, and wrenches, learning to operate and rebuild industrial compressors with hands-on training and guidance.

We value teamwork, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Prior experience in industrial, automotive, HVAC, or compressor work is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge or hands-on experience.
• Comfortably using basic hand tools and wrenches.
• Ability to safely operate air tools.
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes.
• Reliable, dependable, and willing to work as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail.
• Must be willing to work in a hands-on shop environment.
• Previous industrial, automotive, HVAC, compressor, or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required.
