Job summary

We Power America is hiring experienced electricians for the Mobile area, including journey level and supervisory roles on high-profile projects. You'll join a team focused on safety, quality, and rapid problem solving in commercial and industrial settings.

Responsibilities cover installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, code compliance, blueprints interpretation, and collaboration with engineers and other trades to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Journeyman license or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with commercial/industrial electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues using diverse tools.
• Ensure work meets local, state, and federal electrical codes and safety standards.
• Read blueprints and schematics to plan installations and upgrades.
• Upgrade existing systems, add outlets or equipment as needed.
• Follow strict safety protocols, including lockout/tagout.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and team members.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Provide on-call emergency electrical repairs.
