Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader to grow our Industrial unit by identifying opportunities, winning projects, and expanding key client accounts in the United States. You will drive business development, client engagement, and strategic marketing across major industrial customers, including hi-tech facilities.

You will lead and nurture high-value relationships, collaborate with senior PMs and technical experts, and work with our technology group to advance project delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties and workload.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Leading business development, client engagement, client service management, and strategic marketing for multiple major industrial clients in the U.S. including hi-tech facilities
• Developing and maintaining high value relationships with industrial clients
• Growing market share by partnering with senior project managers and key technical specialists as they work for clients to deliver high quality projects
• Collaborating with our technology group to stay at the forefront of tools that improve project delivery for clients
• Implementing short and long-term strategies that contribute to growth and profitability of CDM Smith
