Qualifications

• Must have completed secondary education (high school or equivalent).
• Basic English, able to collaborate internationally.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through key business departments from HR to purchasing to production planning.
• Observe production processes to understand administration and technology integration.
• Assist with cost overviews, statistics, and KPI reporting for clarity.
• Coordinate internal meetings and training sessions; prepare documents.
• Support with scheduling and organizational tasks to maintain balance.
