Job summary

Heartland Fabrication, LLC is seeking a dedicated Janitor to maintain cleanliness across the administrative building and plant floor. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, follow checklists, and support the maintenance team in a heavy industrial environment.

The role requires 2+ years janitorial experience and at least 3 years in a manufacturing setting, with a high school diploma or GED. Candidates must be able to lift 30 pounds and work in varied weather, with strict adherence to safety

Qualifications

• Must have strong teamwork and communication skills.
• 2+ years janitorial experience preferred.
• At least 3 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably marine or steel fabrication.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily cleaning of offices, breakrooms, bathrooms, and plant areas.
• Follow janitorial checklists and report maintenance needs.
• Work with maintenance team and outside contractors to ensure safety and cleanliness.
