Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services is seeking a Custodian to support the daily cleanliness of the plant. The role involves performing basic janitorial tasks, sweeping, trash removal, and assisting with loading, cart washing, and tool cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic daily janitorial tasks as directed.
• Sweep floors in aisles and under machinery.
• Empty all trash receptacles.
• Blow down plant as requested for lint.
• Move/relocate items as requested by Plant Manager or Plant Supervisors.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as requested.
• Assist with cart washing.
• Assist with cleaning tools as requested
• Ensure that rest rooms are cleaned daily in accordance with company standards.
• Toilets must be scrubbed clean to include outside of bowl to floor and any staining and mildew/mold growth.
• Sinks and faucets must be kept in a high state of cleanliness.
• Mirrors must be clean and spot free.
• Walls wiped down with mild cleaning solution.
• Tops of baseboards scrubbed to reduce dust build up.
• Break room cleaned; tables wiped.
• Parking lot left trash-free and linen-free; fence line kept trash free.
• Follow a detailed cleaning schedule.
• Any other duties as assigned or deemed necessary.
