Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Limited cleaning experience; industrial cleaning preferred.
• Must be trained in handling bloodborne pathogens.
• Must be able to work with chemicals and cleaners.
• Must have a driver’s license and be able to obtain forklift license.
• Post-offer drug test and physical required.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of restrooms, lunchrooms, offices, shop areas and grounds; dusting, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal.
• Carpet cleaning, floor stripping, scrubbing, waxing as needed.
• Washes windows, doors, sills; maintains supplies.
• Report spills and leaks; support PPE compliance and safety initiatives.
• Occasional painting and holiday/weekend coverage.
• Light bulb replacement as needed.
