Office Pride of Birmingham-Trussville is hiring industrious cleaners to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in industrial settings in Birmingham, AL. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with evening, morning, and split shifts.

Safety standards must be followed, and team members may work independently or in groups to ensure a safe, efficient work environment. Applicants should be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to lift up to 35 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial or commercial cleaning preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment and safe handling practices.
• Physically able to stand, bend, lift up to 35 lbs.
• Education/work history demonstrating responsibility and work ethic.
• Understanding of safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize industrial equipment, machinery, and workspaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove debris from floors and surfaces.
• Dispose of industrial waste following company and environmental guidelines.
• Use cleaning chemicals and tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain restrooms, break rooms, and common areas in sanitary condition.
• Monitor supplies and report replenishment needs.
• Follow all safety protocols, including PPE usage.
• Report maintenance or safety hazards to supervisor.
• Assist with other duties to support facility cleanliness.

What You'll Do

• Clean and sanitize industrial equipment, machinery, and/or workspaces
