Job summary

Leadec Holding is seeking an Industrial Cleaner to support maintenance and clean production areas and equipment. The role involves documentation of repair details and coordination with the Team Leader and Maintenance Manager to uphold safety and quality.

You will perform washroom cleaning, 5S housekeeping, and Clean Room tasks, wearing PPE and following ISO-aligned practices to ensure efficient, safe operations on site in Chillicothe, Ohio.

Qualifications

• One year of industrial experience and janitorial experience preferred.
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Mechanical and electrical theory required.
• SAP/CMMS maintenance system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates Leadec values and business principles.
• Work safely at all times.
• Wear PPE as required (hearing protection, steel-toed shoes, safety glasses).
• Arrive on site prepared per work plan and schedule.
• Assist with repair documentation as directed by Team Leader/Manager.
• Complete tasks using standardized quality checklists.
• Seek opportunities to improve onsite activities.
• Support equipment cleaning and 5S of production areas.
• Perform janitorial tasks in a Clean Room Environment.
• Master skills in the versatility matrix.
• Review best practices to improve time, materials usage, and safety.
• Wear protective garments as required in clean areas.
• Occasionally wear a respirator in designated Clean Room areas.
• Adhere to all EHS and Quality objectives (ISO 14001, 45001, 9001).
• All other duties as assigned by Leadec manager.
• Manage tasks, communicate openly, and self-manage.
