Job summary

hth companies in the Midwest seeks an Industrial Cleaning Laborer to work mostly outdoors in industrial construction environments, performing cleaning, site preparation, and related duties with a safety‑first mindset. You will use hand tools, assist with loading/unloading, operate a vac-truck and hydro blasting, and help organize inventory and equipment while promoting a safe workplace.

Candidates must be comfortable with high‑pressure hydro blast equipment (10,000–40,000 psi), have good time

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hydro blast equipment (10,000–40,000 psi).
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Working understanding of safety principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent time management with ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work well in high-paced or stressful environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in industrial cleaning, job site cleanup and preparation.
• Loading and unloading, cleaning, shoveling.
• Operating a vac-truck and hydro blasting.
• Assist in organizing inventory and equipment.
• Promote safe workplace by participating in safety training, PPE adherence and hazard identification.
• Take care of company owned or rented equipment.
• Actively champions a positive workplace and safety culture.
• Performs other duties as required.
