Job summary

Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring for Industrial Cleaners for our client in Dublin, Virginia. Pay rate is $17.00/hour. Shifts vary: most weekends are 12-hour days; Monday–Friday shifts 8–10 hours.

Duties include cleaning in an industrial plant, operating pressure washing equipment, and maintaining safety standards. Candidates must have 1+ year of industrial cleaning experience, wear steel-toed shoes, pass a background check and drug

Qualifications

• 1+ year of industrial cleaning experience preferred.
• Steel toed shoes required for employment.
• Must be able to pass pre-screening background check (no violent or sex offenses last 7 years) and drug test.
• Must be able to complete and pass required safety testing.
• Must be capable of moving heavy grates and other items in the paint shop (no lifting restrictions).
• Cannot be afraid of heights.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in industrial settings.
• Utilizing core skills in industrial cleaning and sanitation
• Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.
• Your relevant skills in janitorial experience, food production, and manufacturing will be valuable in meeting industry standards.
• Additionally, your ability to perform heavy lifting and your experience in commercial cleaning will contribute to the efficiency of the cleaning process.
• This is for an industrial plant. Manual labor.
