Cleaner – Industrial Technician - IFM Quality & Technician

Competitive Pay:This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $18.00/hr. to $20.00/hr., depending on experience and qualifications.

Work Schedule -

All new employees will begin on 1 st shift for train. Once training is complete, beginning August 1 st they will be moved to one of the following Schedules:

Option 1

Monday and Tuesday: 9 p – 7:30 a

Saturday: 3 p – 3 a

Option 2

Wednesday and Thursday: 9 p – 7:30 a

Friday: 9 p – 5:30 a

Saturday: 3 p – 3 a

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Cleaner – Industrial Technician - IFM Quality & Technician to provide repair, cleaning, and preventative maintenance services for customer equipment at industrial and commercial facilities.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on technician with experience in industrial Cleaning, commercial HVAC systems, air quality, filtration, and equipment maintenance who enjoys troubleshooting problems, working directly with customers, and supporting high‑quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair customer equipment in the field
• Perform preventative maintenance, cleaning, and servicing of industrial and commercial systems
• Lead industrial paint, finishing, filtration, HVAC, and indoor air quality maintenance projects

Required Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of field service experience
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
• Experience disassembling, repairing, and reassembling equipment
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and electrical diagnostic equipment
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals, safety procedures, and service documentation

Additional Requirements

• Ability to travel up to 5%
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack
• Ability to learn company service systems and maintain equipment records
• Must be able to work in environments that may include:
• Paint and solvent odors
• Moving mechanical parts
• Electrical equipment
• Airborne particles or chemicals

Certifications

• Mold and duct cleaning certifications preferred
• Ability to obtain certifications from primary vendors within 6 months (Graco, GEMA, Fanuc, Sames, CFT, etc.)
