Job summary

Doota Industrial America LLC is seeking a Cable Puller Lead to oversee field crews on a major industrial project in Taylor, TX. You will coordinate daily activities, plan routes, read blueprints, and enforce safety standards on site.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in industrial cable pulling and 1+ year in leadership, plus OSHA 10. This on-site role requires reliability, overtime flexibility, and strong teamwork with electricians and project management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of industrial or commercial cable pulling experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience leading or supervising cable pulling crews.
• OSHA 10 Certification is required.
• OSHA 30 Certification is preferred.
• Experience on semiconductor, manufacturing, data center, or large industrial construction projects preferred.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Reliable transportation; 6:30 AM start time.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when project demands require.
• Familiarity with Samsung site procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of cable pullers during daily operations.
• Coordinate cable pulling activities with electricians, foremen, and project supervisors.
• Read and interpret blueprints, cable schedules, conduit layouts, and installation drawings.
• Plan cable pulling routes and ensure proper installation methods are followed.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor crew productivity.
• Ensure cables are pulled, routed, secured, and labeled according to project specifications.
• Coordinate material staging, cable reels, tools, and equipment.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain daily production reports and communicate project progress.
• Train and mentor new cable pullers on proper installation techniques and safety procedures.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and Samsung site safety requirements.
• Identify and resolve field issues while minimizing project delays.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform hands-on cable pulling alongside the crew when needed.
• Assist with additional electrical installation tasks as assigned.
