Job summary

American Bin and Conveyor is seeking an Industrial Blaster at our Burlington, Wisconsin manufacturing facility. The role involves operating blast equipment to prepare metal surfaces for painting and coordinating material handling tasks with other departments.

Responsibilities include monitoring equipment for jams, adjusting cycle timing, moving materials, maintaining clean work areas, and following all safety policies. Applicants should be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating blasting equipment.
• Experience operating material handling equipment.
• Ability to wear PPE and follow safety policies.
• Pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical.

Responsibilities

• Operate blasting equipment and adjust cycle timing as required.
• Monitor equipment for jams and malfunctions.
• Rack and move work pieces to staging and shipping areas.
• Maintain inventory records of supplies on hand.
• Keep blast area clean and ensure screens/filters are replaced.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
