Job summary

Grantek, a leading provider of automation and industrial information solutions, is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer. You will develop real-time automation solutions from plant floor to enterprise level using PLC/PAC programming, HMI, SCADA, and database design.

Ideal candidates hold a B.Sc in a related engineering field, have experience with SCADA platforms (Rockwell, Inductive Automation, Wonderware, Siemens), and are willing to travel 30-50% across USA/Canada.

Qualifications

Completion of a related engineering degree or imminent completion.
Experience with SCADA platforms and industrial automation hardware/software.
Strong communication, analytical and self-starting skills.

Responsibilities

Engineering and implementing real-time automation controls and information solutions.
Design and conceptualize during project lifecycle from concept to deployment.
System programming, debugging, and testing.
Create project documentation and design traceability artifacts.
Commission new solutions at client sites and identify improvements.
Develop methodologies and solve complex problems.
Mentor colleagues and continuously learn new technologies.
