Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or Electro-Mechanical Technician.
- Strong skills in electrical troubleshooting (480V, 3-phase, controls).
- Strong skills in mechanical systems (motors, gearboxes, conveyors).
- Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on automated systems.
- Work on conveyors, motors, sensors, PLCs, and control systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems (3-phase, 480V), VFDs, and mechanical equipment.
- Support operations by minimizing downtime in a fast-paced distribution center.
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Assist with equipment installation, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
- Use CMMS systems to track maintenance activities.
