Job summary

Pella Corporation is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Automation professional to join a technical engineering team focused on development, implementation, and support of manufacturing equipment built internally or externally.

This role will support electrical and mechanical troubleshooting across all Pella locations and contribute to the continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring safety and reliability of systems.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Formal technical training is preferred.
• PLC programming experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for safety, quality, and production requirements and procedures.
• Wire and program systems for equipment/machines.
• Support and implementation of controls for new and existing machines or processes.
