Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design and implement PLC-based automated process control for production systems.
• Provide system start-up support.
• Maintain preventive maintenance programs for process control and instrumentation systems.
• Maintain all plant process control and instrumentation systems.
• Establish and maintain a data acquisition program for all systems.
• Project management responsibilities.
• Develop electrical and control system schematics using AutoCAD/SolidWorks.
• Read, interpret and troubleshoot electrical schematics and control systems.
• On-call position; may require nights and weekends.
