Work Right NW is growing and seeks a driven Certified Athletic Trainer to join our team in an industrial setting, helping workers stay healthy, safe, and injury-free on the job. This role offers a competitive pay range with a sign-on bonus and a Monday–Friday schedule in Upper Marlboro, MD.

You will deliver on-the-job care, perform preventive and early intervention appointments, rehabilitate injuries, and partner with safety professionals to develop wellness programs while leveraging data

Formación

• BOC Certification required
• CPR Certification preferred

Responsabilidades

• Deliver on-the-job care and evaluate injury risks using clinical judgment
• Schedule and conduct preventative and early intervention appointments
• Rehabilitate non-work-related injuries
• Partner with safety professionals to develop wellness programs
• Leverage data analytics to assess injuries and implement effective solutions
• Collaborate on innovative programs to improve worker health
