Badger Infrastructure Solutions is hiring an Industrial Assistant Operator in Spartanburg, SC. You will operate high-pressure pumps, hydro-blasting systems, and vacuum units to clean and maintain tank equipment and facility components in a safety-conscious environment.

The role emphasizes adherence to safety procedures, equipment handling, and teamwork. Travel may be required, with competitive pay and benefits offered to support a stable, hands-on industrial career.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to travel for extended periods of time.
• Ability to perform duties in accordance with training and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates cleaning equipment including high-pressure pumps, hydro-blasting systems, and vacuum units.
• Completes safety paperwork and follows training, guidelines and procedures including use of PPE.
• Works safely around heavy machinery in loud hazardous industrial settings (refineries, power plants, etc.).
• Performs manual cleaning and maintenance tasks (valves, hoses, pumps, gaskets, etc.).
• Assists in equipment inspections and ensures work area is safe, reporting deficiencies to supervisor.
• Supports other tasks as needed in a safety-focused team environment.

• Sets up and operates various types of cleaning equipment, including high-pressure pumps, hydro-blasting
• systems, and vacuum units, in line with operational guidelines, training, and safety procedures.
• Completes all safety paperwork and complies with all operational training, guidelines, and operational procedures including the use of personal protective equipment
• Works safely in and around heavy machinery in loud, hazardous, and heavy industrial settings (i.e. refineries, Power plants, etc.).
• Performs manual cleaning and maintenance tasks, such as installing, fitting, and repairing valves, caps, hoses, pumps, gaskets, and other tank equipment.
• Assists in equipment inspections and ensure the work area is safe before starting any job, reporting any deficiencies to the supervisor.
