Holland Pump Company is seeking an Application Engineer to design and maintain software applications across engineering, rental, service, and field operations. You will integrate CAD tools and create documentation to improve equipment design, system performance, and workflow efficiency.

The role combines mechanical engineering with software development, data visibility, and automation, supporting reliability and safety across pumping solutions in industrial environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience developing applications or technical solutions within industrial environments.
• Experience with pump systems, fluid handling, piping, water treatment, or industrial equipment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain software applications supporting Holland Pump’s operations.
• Integrate CAD platforms into engineering workflows.
• Develop tools for equipment selection, sizing, and project planning.
• Assist with integrating engineering apps with ERP/CRM systems.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes to improve efficiency.
• Train and support employees on new applications and tools.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards in all engineering solutions.
