Job summary

Marposs Corporation in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a Product Application Specialist to provide technical support for Brankamp monitoring solutions across North America. You will assist in quotation, installation, startup and evaluation, and work closely with Sales Engineers to deliver application solutions.

The role requires an engineering or manufacturing degree (or equivalent experience) and 2–5 years in manufacturing or automation.

Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Mechatronics, or related field.
2–5 years in manufacturing, automation, or related industry preferred.
Reading engineering drawings and technical documentation is required.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for Brankamp monitoring solutions to customers and sales teams.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other channels with timely resolutions.
Support application design, installation, startup, and evaluation of Brankamp products.
Collaborate with Sales Engineers to develop solutions and prepare quotations.
Maintain CRM records and coordinate with cross-functional teams for implementations.
Conduct customer site visits for evaluations, training, and development.
Provide customer training on product functionality and software operation.
Document feedback and field observations for product improvement.
