Russell Stover Chocolates, LLC in Kansas City, MO, seeks an Industrial Performance Analyst (Temporary) to partner with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance and Continuous Improvement to build scalable dashboards and KPIs across our manufacturing network.

You will design dashboards in SAC and Power BI, develop KPIs like OEE, productivity, labor efficiency, and waste, and ensure data quality and governance while training end users.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or data visualization.
• Hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Experience building data models and creating DAX measures.
• Experience working with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW, SAP S/4HANA, or similar enterprise reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to gather requirements and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak, read, and write English fluently, with or without an accommodation.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using SAC and Power BI.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into analytics solutions.
• Develop and standardize manufacturing and operational KPIs, including OEE, productivity, labor efficiency, waste and scrap, and CI metrics.
• Build and maintain Power BI semantic models, DAX calculations, and data visualizations.
• Leverage SAP BW and SAP S/4HANA data sources to support reporting and analytics initiatives.
• Create executive-level dashboards and reporting packages that provide visibility into operational performance.
• Improve data quality, reporting consistency, and governance across analytics solutions.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
• Develop reporting documentation, KPI definitions, and user guides to support long-term sustainability.
• Train and support end users in the effective use of dashboards and reporting tools.
• Collaborate cross-functional to establish best practices for operational reporting and performance management.
