Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; HVAC/R degree preferred.
• EPA 608 Universal certification required by law.
• OSHA 10/30 preferred; industry standards apply in Texas.
• TDLR ACR license preferred if applicable.
• Hazardous Materials First Responder Operations level or higher.
• Valid Texas driver's license; Houston license if in Houston.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor all ammonia refrigeration equipment.
• Maintain pressures/temperatures and log data daily.
• Respond to alarms and abnormal conditions promptly.
• Ensure compliance with PSM, RMP, and Texas rules.
• Coordinate with contractors and maintain safety records.
