Job summary

Aeroservicios USA, a Miami-based GSE and HVAC service provider, seeks an Industrial Air Conditioning Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial and commercial air conditioning systems. The role involves working with GSE and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with industrial air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Knowledge of refrigeration cycles, compressors, condensers, evaporators, and HVAC controls.
• Proficiency in the use of diagnostic tools, manifold gauges, multimeters, and refrigerant recovery equipment.
• Knowledge of common refrigerants (R-134a, R-410A, R-407C, R-22, and equivalents).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and control-related failures in HVAC equipment.
• Install, inspect and commission refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial and commercial air conditioning systems.
• Perform operational testing, pressure and temperature measurements, and evaluate system performance.
• Detect and repair refrigerant leaks.
• Replace compressors, electric motors, fans, valves, sensors, pumps, and other system components.
• Perform refrigerant charging and recovery in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Maintain service records and repair reports.
• Comply with industrial safety and environmental regulations.

Aeroservicios USA is a Miami-based provider of new and refurbished Ground Support Equipment (GSE), serving domestic and international airlines, commercial, cargo, regional, and charter as well as major ground handlers and FBOs. We operate a 110,000 sq. ft. maintenance facility and 150,000 sq. ft. of outdoor storage, supplying equipment through direct sales, leases, and short-term rentals, backed by quality maintenance services.

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Air Conditioning Technician to diagnose, repair, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial and commercial air conditioning systems. Ground Support Equipment (GSE) used in airport and aviation operations. The ideal candidate has strong surface preparation skills, experience with industrial or automotive coating, and high attention to safety and quality standards.
