Job summary

Siemens is expanding its Intelligence Center X channel partnerships by empowering partners to architect and deliver industrial AI solutions. You will enable partners, provide deep technical guidance, and craft end-to-end agentic AI applications leveraging ICX and Mendix.

You will collaborate with sales and ICX leaders to evolve the partner model, shape the roadmap, and showcase governance, scalability, and secure lifecycle management in partner deployments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical teams and enablement programs for partners.
• Deep hands-on expertise in agentic AI and enterprise data governance.
• Ability to model business domains as ontology or knowledge graphs.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner enablement, delivering workshops and training on ICX, Mendix, and AI.
• Provide architectural guidance to partners from discovery to solution delivery.
• Model customer domains as enterprise ontologies and develop agentic AI solutions.
• Develop demonstrations and PoCs with Mendix, ICX, and Generative AI for industries.
