Job summary

Parsons seeks a counter-malign influence (CMI) analyst to support USARPAC in Honolulu, HI. You will identify threats, analyze data, and provide targeting solutions to inform senior decision makers, with 15% travel CONUS/OCONUS.

Requirements: 10 years’ relevant experience with a BA, 3 years in the INDOPAC region, experience in intelligence, network/geospatial analysis, and familiarity with AI/ML initiatives; active DoD TS clearance with SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

10 years' relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree.
3 years' experience working in INDOPACIFIC region.
Demonstrated relevant subject matter expertise in intelligence analysis, network analysis, and/or geospatial analysis.
Familiarity with AI/ML initiatives and with intelligence communities.

Responsibilities

Serve as a mid-level Parsons analyst supporting USARPAC's counter-malign influence portfolio with deep familiarity of the INDOPACOM AOR and near-peer competitors.
Provide advice for prospective target focus areas and approaches to countering malign influence threats.
Support development of USARPAC initiatives with respect to data collection, analysis, and information operations campaigns.
Conduct analysis and integrate with other data sources to provide targeting solutions for senior leader decision-making.
Leverage data to identify malign influence actors and disrupt their operating space.
