Job summary

Kingdom Heights Preparatory School seeks a faith-centered Indoor Track and Field Coach to guide student-athletes in athletic growth, discipline, and Christian character while building a positive Royals culture.

You will plan organized practices, instruct athletes in sprint/distance/jumps/throws, prepare for meets, and promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and academic responsibility within a safe, compliant program.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong Christian faith, sound judgment, and a servant-leadership mindset.
• Has track and field coaching experience or competitive experience in one or more events.
• Understands safe training practices and age-appropriate athlete development.
• Values discipline, academic excellence, sportsmanship, and positive communication.
• Can collaborate with school staff and contribute to a welcoming program for boys and girls.

Compensation Compensation is based on experience.
