Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50–75 lb plants and containers daily.
• Able to climb ladders and use small tools like pruners, saws, and sprayers.
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Accurately document work orders and time sheets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare & Deliver: Receive, clean, and prepare plants and decor for client installations.
• Install with Precision: Safely load, transport, and install horticultural products at client sites.
• Maintain Our Fleet: Assist with company vehicle maintenance, including washing and general care.
• Keep It Stocked: Manage and maintain installation kits and supplies.
• Friendly & Professional: Communicate with clients in a professional manner and assist the supervisor with any account concerns.
