Responsibilities

• Operate substrate mixer and prepare mushroom master mix/substrate.
• Measure and combine substrate ingredients according to recipes.
• Load and pack substrate into mushroom grow bags.
• Operate steam sterilization chambers and monitor cycles.
• Inoculate sterilized substrate and maintain cleanroom practices.
• Oversee indoor greens production and monitor nutrient systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across production areas.
• Monitor automated irrigation and environmental-control systems.
