Job summary
A prominent think tank in Washington, DC is seeking a project assistant for their Indo–Pacific Security Initiative. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and knowledge of defense issues. Responsibilities include project support, event management, and research. This position requires a minimum of 4 days in office, offers competitive pay of $26.45 to $27.40 per hour, and is a temporary position for 6 months. Applications are prioritized if submitted by April 1, 2026.
Qualifications
Proven organizational, logistical, project/event management, and administrative skills.

Responsibilities
Conduct support of projects, including scheduling and coordination.
Manage logistics for public and private events with minimal supervision.
Support research and prepare project reports, summaries, and briefings.
