Qualifications

• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Providing Individual community outings.
• Encourage rapport with local resources.
• Instruct and assist with meal preparation.
• Assistance with activities of daily living.
• Instruct and physically assist with housekeeping activities.
• Medical appointments.
• Administer and documentation of medication and/or monitor medical health.
• Assist with financial management.
• Ensure home is safe.
