Qualifications

• College degree with one year of relevant experience or a High School Diploma/GED with at least three years of supervised experience.
• Experience implementing positive behavior support plans for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Experience teaching ADL/Instrumental activities of daily living to individuals with IDD.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist behavioral therapists to create effective behavioral therapy programs tailored to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized service plans and provide behavioral interventions in home and community settings.
• Monitor and document observations of youth behavior and adjust activities to meet therapeutic goals.
