The New School is seeking a Student Assistant to support the Individual Giving Team with donor outreach, events, student engagement, and fundraising campaigns such as Giving Tuesday and Giving Day. The role emphasizes collaboration, content creation, and data entry to support campus-wide giving initiatives.
You will coordinate on-campus activities, assist with communications, and help maintain Salesforce records while balancing a part-time schedule of 15–20 hours per week on campus.
Responsibilities: The Student Assistant will support the Individual Giving Team with donor outreach, event coordination, student engagement, and fundraising campaigns such as Giving Tuesday and Giving Day. They will also provide administrative and data support, including communications, content creation, Salesforce updates, inbox management, calendar coordination, and data maintenance.
This position is primarily in-person and is based on campus to support effective in-person collaboration and engagement. Hybrid work arrangements may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the role and operational needs. Any such arrangement must be discussed and approved in advance by the appropriate division lead or their designee.
HOURLY RATE: $17 per hour, 15-20 hours per week
