The role entails coordinating with SAP/Oracle environments, entity changes, and third‑party providers to ensure accurate monthly data and timely filings.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in indirect tax and GL accounting, strong analytical abilities, and collaborative skills to partner across Legal, HR, and Shared Services in a hybrid Davidson, NC

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance and 4+ years in indirect tax and GL accounting.
• 2+ years of hands-on sales and use tax compliance experience with multiple states.
• Experience supporting multi-state filings and auditing readiness with minimal penalties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales and use tax returns and related filings.
• Coordinate property tax renditions and state annual reports.
• Maintain GL reconciliations and ensure timely tax payments.
• Assist with audits and provide tax advisory to various departments.
• Collaborate with SAP/Oracle systems and third‑party providers.
