Job summary

Kemira is seeking a Manager, Sourcing Indirect, Americas to join our regional team in a preferred Atlanta, GA location with hybrid office/remote work. You will lead supplier selection, negotiate commercial and legal terms, and shape sourcing strategies across MRO, Site Services, and CapEx to support growth.

You will guide internal and external stakeholders, ensure supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement in a global sustainability-focused environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or other relevant degree.
• 5+ years experience in commercial roles, preferably Indirect Sourcing (MRO, Site Services, CapEx).
• Strong supplier and internal stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Experience negotiating complex legal and commercial terms.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing innovative sourcing approaches to minimize CapEx costs and reduce risks.
• Leading supplier selection, including commercial and legal negotiations.
• Developing and executing project sourcing and contracting strategies to support growth.
• collaborating cross-functionally in a remote team and guiding procurement staff.
• Developing, monitoring, and reporting supplier performance metrics.
• Partnering with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive value creation and innovation.
