Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Handyman / Home Service Technician to perform a variety of residential repair, maintenance, and home safety projects. The ideal candidate is skilled, professional, reliable, and passionate about helping others. Key Responsibilities

• Perform general home repairs and maintenance with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Complete projects including carpentry, drywall repair, flooring, painting, basic plumbing, and basic electrical work.
• Install safety and accessibility modifications to support seniors aging in place.
• Deliver respectful, customer-focused service in every home.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of handyman or residential home repair experience.
