Insight Global is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support the T1-2 vehicle launch at the Fort Wayne Assembly Plant. The role ensures manufacturing readiness, validates new processes and equipment, and drives integration of launch content into a high-volume production line.

Candidate should hold a degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering, have manufacturing experience (internships count), and reside in Indiana, with a strong interest in growing their career.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related
• Experience working in an engineering role in a manufacturing environment - internship or co-op experience qualifies
• Local in Indiana and highly interested in growing career

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Engineer will support the T1-2 vehicle launch within General Assembly at the Fort Wayne Assembly Plant.
• Ensure manufacturing readiness, validate new processes and equipment, and drive seamless integration of launch content into a high-volume production environment.
