• You have agronomic experience or a relevant agronomy background.
• You're entrepreneurial and want to own a growing territory.
• You're consultative, not transactional, and build lasting grower relationships.
• Ability to explain agronomy topics from sprays to nitrogen management.
• Experience in multi-channel sales across direct farmers, distributors, dealers, and co-ops.
