Job summary

Receptive is seeking an Indiana-licensed physician to join our ADHD telehealth network. This contract role focuses on diagnosis and medication management for adults, with a flexible hourly pay model and fully remote setup across the US.

You will provide evidence-based care, develop individualized treatment plans, maintain compliant records, and collaborate with our team. Indiana license and DEA are required, along with malpractice insurance and US residency.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Indiana medical license.
• Active Indiana DEA license.
• Independent malpractice liability insurance.
• Experience diagnosing and treating adult ADHD (18+).
• Experience prescribing medication via telehealth.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic mental health care including diagnosis and medication management.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate patient records per legal/ethical standards.
• Contribute to policy development and clinical procedures.
