Job summary

Window World of Boston is seeking experienced subcontractor installation crews to install replacement windows, entry doors, and patio doors for residential customers. Our installers represent our company on every job site and are expected to deliver exceptional craftsmanship, customer service, and attention to detail.

Subcontractor crews will perform high-quality installations in Massachusetts, with competitive per-job pay and reliable, timely payment.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience installing replacement windows and doors.
Must operate as an independent contractor and provide proof of business registration.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Own truck, trailer, tools, and equipment necessary to perform installations.
General liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance (if applicable).
Ability to read and understand work orders and installation instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Ability to lift and carry windows and doors safely.

Responsibilities

Install replacement windows, entry doors, and patio doors per manufacturer specs.
Complete interior and exterior finish work as required.
Protect customers' homes and property during installation.
Communicate professionally with homeowners and staff.
Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Identify and report site concerns or unforeseen conditions.
Ensure work complies with local codes and company requirements.
