Ensure home life needs are met. Services include but not limited to; general housekeeping, nutrition, personal Care, and companionship. The PRN team member works on as-needed basis to provide coverage for scheduled client needs.## Qualifications**Qualifications and/or Skills Required:**Must be 18 years of age;Excellent Customer Service Skills;Must have a loving need to help the elderly;First Aide and CPR Certified within 60 days of hire;Must have excellent attendance and work history;Must be able to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public;Must be able to stand for the entire shift, and to push, pull move and/or lift supplies and equipment, max50 lbs.;Must be able to grasp, pull, push, twist, squat, walk, and use both hands as described on the Job Analysis sheet;Must work with various cleaning chemicals and must comply with Blood-borne pathogen exposure policy**A complete list of job duties will be provided upon an interview in the job description.**
