Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking Registered Nurses to join as independent contractors serving military service members. The role is weekend-focused with occasional weekdays under the Reserve Health Readiness Program in Alaska, delivering health readiness services across US Army Reserve, ARNG, USNR, MARFORRES, USCGR, ANG, and USAFR.

The RN must have an ADN/BSN, CPR/BLS, and at least 2 years of clinical experience, plus an unrestricted state license.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited RN program.
• CPR and BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical RN experience.
• Unrestricted RN license in a US state/territory.
• Ability to work well under high-stress conditions and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Support physical health assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, medical records, and questionnaires.
• Interview personnel to identify medical concerns.
• Identify urgent concerns including behavioral health needs.
• Document interview results in the readiness medical record.
