You will grow your book through networking and referrals, design strategies across retirement, investments, insurance, and estate planning, and stay sharp with market trends to keep clients ahead.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health license in New York (required); additional state licenses are a plus.
• 2+ years of experience selling life insurance with a proven production track record.
• Strong knowledge across term, whole life, universal life, and indexed universal life (IUL).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a record of client retention.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting client relationships with a consultative, client-first approach.
• Design custom strategies covering retirement, investments, insurance, and estate planning.
• Educate clients by breaking down complex topics for informed decisions.
• Partner with internal specialists to deliver holistic solutions.
• Grow your book through networking, referrals, and marketing with support from the firm.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and new products to keep clients ahead.
