Tardus Wealth Strategies is hiring experienced sales professionals for a 100% commission, remote, 1099 independent contractor role. You will own the full sales cycle, from first conversations to enrollment and ongoing relationship growth, building your own pipeline and affiliate network.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of generating and closing own opportunities.
• Comfortable with 1099/commission-based roles and no base salary.
• Strong prospecting, networking, referrals, and affiliate development skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified opportunities through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and affiliate relationships.
• Build consistent prospecting habits and proactively schedule discovery calls and strategy sessions.
• Expand beyond your existing network and maintain enough new activity to support ongoing production.
• Own each opportunity from initial outreach through follow-up, enrollment, and relationship development.
• Develop an active affiliate and referral partner network and turn relationships into qualified introductions.
• Lead consultative sales conversations using structured methods like SPIN or NEPQ.
• Enroll clients into appropriate programs and identify opportunities for VIP enrollment and renewals.
• Maintain CRM records, track prospecting and revenue, and participate in coaching to improve skills.
